Abdullah Shariff is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner. He provides counselling and therapy for men and women, supporting people with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, confidence, faith, family and personal development, pre-marital and marital relationships, sleep and time management. 

His therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ahbabur Rahman

Ahbabur Rahman is a Licensed Islamic Professional Counsellor (LIPC) and certified life coach who provides counselling using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) alongside Islamic principles. Inspirited Minds

Inspirited Minds is a mental health charity providing faith-sensitive therapeutic support, with a particular focus on Muslim clients. Its counselling team consists of BACP-registered counsellors and BABCP-registered CBT therapists, with many therapists having additional training in spiritual and Islamic models of psychological therapy.

The therapies offered include CBT, ACT, DBT, existential, integrative, Islamic counselling, mindfulness, person-centred, psychodynamic and solution-focused brief therapy, among others. Counselling is available by telephone and video following an initial assessment. Inspirited Minds states that it is not an emergency service.

MindworksUK is a registered charity providing counselling, psychotherapy, faith-based therapy and coaching. It supports people with concerns including grief, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, divorce and drug or alcohol dependency.

Sakoon

Sakoon provides counselling and psychotherapy that takes account of clients’ Islamic faith, culture and family circumstances.
